Spouses can come and take part in the excursions at an additional cost. The content and learning portion of the event is restricted to team leaders and executives ONLY.

This Castle Retreat, or Retraite du Château, is not only going to be the most intimate and luxurious business event you’ve been invited to – but Cole and the team are committed to hosting the most VALUABLE event experience you’ve ever had. With only 35 teams and 3 full days, there’s 0% chance you don’t walk away with tangible and actionable strategies to grow your company.

Additionally, all drinks and food are included, with multiple fully stocked fridges and a full bar available on-site.

Day 1,

Your Arrival Royale


Day 1 will be “Arrival Royale” day. We ask that you be there in the early afternoon to get settled in so we can kick off the event with a beautiful dinner, networking, and lots of fun. You’ll be treated to an amazing French dinner from our very own private château chefs.

Day 2,

Château Casual

Day 2 will be full of training, panels led by Cole and other 8FBR members; and plenty of casual time to play golf, hit the tennis courts, hang out in the lounge, and network with other 8FBR members around the château.

Day 3,

A Day In Paris

Day 3 will open up with some short training sessions in the morning, and then we’ll shuttle everyone into downtown Paris for a “secret” experience that will include some amazing food, the Eiffel Tower, and plenty of time to network with other 8FBR members.

Day 4,

Sunset Vineyard

Day 4 will include a trip to one of France’s most iconic wineries; and then we’ll end the day with some training recaps and takeaways, as well as one last delicious French meal provided by our private chateau chefs. And it wouldn’t be a boardroom event without an epic finalé of SOOOUUUUP.
